Services prior to your wedding day:
- Four (4) face-to-face meetings, to go over wedding details,
(i.e. design & décor, vendor duties, time-line of
activities, vendor negotiations, etc.)
- Assist with locating & contracting the perfect location
- Assist with creating and the printing of the stationery ,
(i.e. "Save the Date" notes, invitations, "Welcome
Letters", programs, menus and the like)
- Negotiate group room blocks for you and your guests, at conveniently
located hotels
- Assist with coordinating and contracting transportation for
you and your guests
- Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and
wedding party
- Provide professional vendor referrals
- Assist with menu selection and catering negotiations
- Create a personal wedding checklist, so that nothing gets
overwhelming and every detail is accounted for
- Provide a detailed budget
- Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions (i.e. creative
ideas, budgeting, etiquette, and the like)
- Assist with negotiations and selection process of professional
vendors
- Create a comprehensive event time schedule
- Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
- Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding
party
- Coordinate the wedding ceremony and get you down the aisle
on time
- Manage the timing of events with your family, wedding party
and vendors
Exact pricing depends on:
- Number of guests
- Location of ceremony & reception
- The number of months in advance that services are secured
- Whether Mary is the Lead Coordinator or an Event Manager assumes
this role

- Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled
to your standards
- Manage the timing of your events with family wedding party
and guests
- Provide two (2) additional wedding coordinator assistants
- Be your eyes and ears throughout the day so you can relax
and enjoy the loving memories
(1.5 hours on your rehearsal day and 8.5 hours on
your wedding day)

- The number of months in advance that services are secured
- Whether Mary is the Lead Coordinator or an Event Manager assumes

- Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
Services on the Wedding Day
- Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are
fulfilled to your standards
- Manage the timing of your events with family wedding
party and guests
- Provide lead planner for 8.5 hours & at least 3
assistants for 6 hours on the wedding
- Be your eyes and ears throughout the day so you can
relax and enjoy the loving memories
Prices above based on:
- The wedding taking place at a luxury hotel in the Los Angeles area
- The number of guests
- The exact location of the ceremony and reception

Mary Dann Wedding and Party Coordinators may be retained as your
event consultant at the rate of One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($80) per hour for services, which include but not limited
to, phone calls, face to face meetings, travel time to and from
any and all appointments and the like. Time will be kept track
of in 15 minute increments. Any additional costs incurred to execute
your request, such as film developing, postage, etc. will be reimbursable
to Mary Dann Wedding and Party Coordinators.
In addition, Mary Dann Wedding and Party Coordinators will keep
accurate records of all time spent on phone calls and meetings
made on your behalf. A statement of such record keeping will be
sent to your attention at any time during the planning process.
